No dial tone. Broadband running very very slow

Has anybody else experienced a problem where there is no dial tone on the phone (tried corded phone and still same problem) .  I've noticed that my broadband has gone from about 11mb down to about 1.9mb as well.

probably means one wire of the two is broke - raise a phone fault

I've raised this for you and updated the support ticket. A fault was found and as it stands, you don't need an engineer visit (this may change).
