Please can someone take a look at the ‘question’ I have raised regarding a fault with our telephone line (it’s the only open ‘question’).
We have been unable to make or receive phone calls since Saturday: no dial tone, broadband is still working, tried the concealed test socket which made no difference.
I tried ringing PlusNet (on Saturday) on my mobile and was told the queue was 30 minutes; so I raised a ticket online, hoping someone would look at least look in to it on the same day :-\.
I know it was the weekend, but I would have expected some progress by now – I’m sure response times were quicker in the past :(.

Hello,
Sorry to hear your having issues with your phone line. Ive managed to get a line test run and discovered an external fault . Ive raised this up and it should be fixed by 17/06/15 at 23:59.
