I've been at my new address for 3 months now and still do not have caller ID, I had it previously at my old address. when I dail r*#234# message says message says the service requested is not available.
I'm sorry to see caller display doesn't work following moving house. Unfortunately it doesn't look like we've provisioned this on your line. I've placed an order to sort this out for you now and it should start working within the next 24 hours
