No call update and unconfirmed call

Hi All
I made an international call last night and so was interested in the cost.
The list of calls made shows an unconfirmed call from 1.apr and nothing later.
I've seen an old thread about unconfirmed calls but the last post was several days ago.
Should I raise a ticket?

no not yet, it should update every four hours, but it can take a day

The calls seem to be updating OK if my account is anything to go by but as pierre_pierre has said it can take a while for calls to show in the list.  If you made the calls yesterday they should start to show through the day today but calls from yesterday evening may not show till tomorrow (going form past experience!).

I checked later on and the call had appeared but both it and the 0845 call from 1. April were marked as unconfirmed.
Still, I now know that TeleDiscount works

The call will likely be confirmed this evening. The report which populates the 'unconfirmed' call list is separate from the one which then 'confirms' these calls.
