Hello I'm sorry to contact in this fashion but I do not know how else to contact Plusnet.
I have tried to contact Plusnet but to no avail. I have been asking for my account to be sorted out regarding spurious calls not made from this number and I have been informed there is a fault. This fault has now developed into no broadband or line whatsoever. Could somebody please sort out this problem.

Sorry to hear you're having problems with your services. From reading the engineer notes, it looks like they need access to your property to complete a line test and rectify the problem.
