No Voicemail or Caller ID

My phone switched to PN on the 27th Jan, and last night I realised that the Caller Display no longer worked. I've just tried ringing my number (from work) and discovered that Voicemail isn't working either.
I've an open ticket 97646467 re earlier questions to do with the new account to which I've added, this morning, re Caller Display. But now discovering Vopicemail not working, could someone take a look for me please.
Not a good start so far, however my broadband has been with PN for some time without any complaints!

I'm sorry that this wasn't automatic. The initial order suggests both caller display and VM were ordered. I'm doing separate orders, so I've got the caller display sorted (it should be live later today). Once this is live, please post here to let us know it's working, and then we'll place a new VM order for you.

The caller display order has completed so I've placed the voicemail order too.
That should complete later on tonight so everthing should be fixed hopefully.

Both Caller Display and Voicemail1571 are now working.
Little bit of a shame it didn't go through in the first place. A kick needed in the right place??  Smiley
