No Voicemail Extra a week after ordering 😢

Ordered Voicemail Extra on Friday 20 November. The Order Summary box showed the correct current monthly cost, new monthly cost, and charge for the remainder of the month, but...

No acknowledgement email received

No open or closed Questions

Still showing in Phone Control Panel as Awaiting Activation

Could a staff member please give the system a poke?

Sorry to see the order's gone wrong. From what I can see your line had a voicemail product called Call Minder Premium for a long time, which isn't a product our systems are familiar with so it pretty much didn't know how to change it. 

I've manually put an order through to change the voicemail product to Call Minder Basic and activated Voicemail Extra in your account. The activation our side is instant but the order with suppliers should take up to 24 hours.

No problem and sounds good.

As a heads up the order's set to complete tomorrow before midnight.

For some reason voicemail orders always take longer than other call features...
