Can someone please give me an idea of when the likelihood is that my internet and phone will be back on.
We were disconnected by Open Reach on Friday whilst they were in the process of repairing a crossed line, unable to repair us as were were unaware of the problem and hadn't reported it, hence no Ticket.
Repair advised as completed on Saturday, but still no internet or phone.
Fault Rejected as cleared by PlusNet
Have spoke to Customer Services on a number of occasions, but still no indication as to when this may be fixed, just feel like we are being fobbed off.
Its now been 5 days and there are 3 of us trying to work from home, we really need this to be fixed.
