No Phone calls, DEAD line.

Been away for a few days and came back and i have no phone at all, but before i went away bt were across the road on xmas eve do work (a neighbours phone was the same), so it's not just my phone, it was ok on xmas eve, dead line.
The phone is Brand new bought the Same day as the engineer was here.
Would be grateful if you could look into it.

With all due respect it will as staff patrol the forum and can deal with these.

Well Chris has now raised the ticket on your behalf, but it still won't get looked at until you've answered the questions. If you'd followed the correct procedure and raised the ticket as suggested you'd have saved some time (and by the way it is not unusual for posts on here to be missed by the staff).

I can't actually find the ticket I created on this account, really sorry about that. I can see you've created a fault report now to us anyway so we'll work from that.
