Since switching to Plusnet we have no incoming calls. We can make outgoing calls, and the dial tone is normal, but if someone makes an incoming call then they get a dead line tone. The ADSL connection is fine, so the line appears to be fine. The phone also seems to work OK.
We moved our number over and from what I understand it could be that it has not ported over correctly. However, I spent hours trying to resolve this over the phone yesterday and got nowhere.
It looks like the line test you've completed online this morning has raised a fault report over to Openreach and they've since come back to us advising to arrange an engineer visit because they've been unable to detect a fault.
Can you run through the checks here and let us know how you get on?
