HELP. My home phone has been down for three days. Unfortunately, due to high demand, it takes nearly an hour to get through to Plusnet, which has failed up to now. It also seems that their online service does no work. I have already done a fault test, and of course, there is one. Two questions: 1: How do I get through to Plusnet to ensure something is done, 2: are they breaking our contract agreement by not supplying me with a home telephone service?
Any help would be appreciated.

I've had the same problem trying to get through.
Yesterday I waited 15 minutes before hanging up, and after I had my tea I phoned up again...waited for anout 20 minutes. Still no joy, so I hung up again. Tried lunchtime today, and waited 15 minutes.
It's so frustrating!!
Thinking about moving to another provider with all this constant waiting on the phone.
