No Dial Tone

Hi,
Would it be possible to check my home phone line please. Tried calling CS but to no avail.
No dial tone, when someone rings in it just rings off as there is no connection.
Home Phone is saying 'check phone line', tried with a corded, still nothing.
Broadband seems to be unaffected so far.

Hi Gordon,
I've had a look at the account, and it seems that we are just your broadband provider.
Unfortunately, there's no way that we can really run any diagnostic checks on your line unless we are in ownership of your phone line.
I'm sorry to hear that your services are down. I hope it gets resolved for you soon.

Ah, thought the two went together.
OK I'll look into who we are with currently.
