No Dial Tone = No Phone or Broadband

Hey,
I came home last night and soon realised my phone line was dead and the broadband was not working, raised it to Plusnet last night and a fault was raised (ticket number - 47402803). It was definitely working the night before. Tested the sockets and there is nothing coming through the line.
Can anyone provide me with an update please? Would like to see if this can be resolved so I can use them over the weekend?

Hi there,
It's currently in hand with our suppliers who've passed the issue to local network engineers, I suspect they'll be working on this today at some point though there's no information on that as things stand. As soon as we hear anything more we'll let you know.

Just had a call from the engineer confirming my phone line should be working again. Will let you know when I get home from work.

Hi gpavlovic,
According to our suppliers systems, everything should be working all ok following work done at the distribution point by our suppliers. Give us a shout if this is not the case. Thanks.
