No Caller ID

Good Afternoon,

My landline package moved to PlusNet yesterday and includes the Caller ID extra feature.

Unfortunately it doesn't appear to be working although it is showing as active in my account details.

Dialling *#234# tells me the service is not available.

Feature worked fine with previous supplier.

Assistance to resolve the problem would be much appreciated.

I'm sorry to see that caller display wasn't activated on your line despite being requested on the account.

 

I've put a manual order through to get this corrected as soon as possible and although we have to advise 1 working day for this to complete, this type of order generally completes much sooner.
