I've just transferred over from Talktalk but my caller display doesn't work?

It isn't a feature that automatically transfers over when you change supplier, so it need to be explicitly added to your account.

Hi Cullers, looks like this has now been added online and the order is in-flight with our suppliers.
We have to advise 1 working day for the call feature to activate, however it could be working at some point tonight
