No Caller Display - Ticket #84978321

Hi there, had ordered caller display when I placed my order to come to Plusnet and reported that it wasn't working on Wednesday.
It shows on my account but my phone only shows 'call' on an incoming call. *#234# and *234# give a message that the service is not available
