No 1571 or caller ID despite being 'active'

Any ideas why my caller ID and 1571 answerphone are not working since connecting with Plusnet, despite my account details saying they are active, with the little green dot next to them? I've only just got my TV channels after today's software update, and haven't got the will to make another long phone call to complain about these missing services. Any help gratefully received thanks x

I think the fix for this is likely to be for Plusnet to cancel the services, then activate them again. Hopefully a staff member will be along tomorrow to look into this.

It seems the order wasn't placed correctly on our suppliers systems.
I've placed a order to add them and they should be up and running shortly.
I'll update this thread once it's been done.
