New plusnet phone with Caller Display and 1571

Just tried to ring Support but says a 30 minute wait so posting here as seems to get quite quick replies.
Moved to plusnet and phone moved over this morning - seamless transition from BT on broadband and phone.
Slight hiccup. 1571 not active and Caller Display not working.
Do I need worry or will they appear during the day?

What is the status if you go here (login required)? It should show phone features that are active on your account and allow you to change them.

Thanks for reply.
Neither show as active although both were selected at the initial order.
Do I need to add them in again here perhaps?
