Problem
Checking your line
We've found a potential problem on your telephone line.
We'll look into this and will be in contact with you shortly.
This has been the case for 2 days now and I was wondering if you could find out what it means for us, if we have something else to do etc. The router is setup properly with the right settings etc. Do we need to do something else? It's connected to the filter properly as we've had internet for 10 years now so know how to do that bit right!

It seems there was a problem and the order was rejected by the supplier, we have now re-submitted the order and it is due to complete on the 25th.

Thank you for that. The status hasn't updated yet though, hope it's not going to fail again, as it is we've got to spend £10 to top up our o2 mobile broadband because our usage was timed to run out at the time that the line was initially meant to be ready.

Hopefully it does so today, we're down to less than 10mb of the mobile broadband! We have green light on dsl but red on internet, so hopefully this sorts out today & we can enjoy the service!
