I signed up for PN last week and the engineer come this morning and checked it was working, line is working fine besides on the site it shows
"Our records indicate that your telephone number may already be in use for Home Phone. This is a possible inconsistency with our records. If you wish to add Home Phone to your service please raise a question to our support center and we will be happy to progress this for you."
I wanted to upgrade to anytime call plan if i could....I tried opening a ticket to ask about it and i couldn't find where to open a new ticket

It seems that PN don't have me down as having a phone line
people cant ring me but i can ring out from the number provided
i really hope it doesn't effect my internet being activated

You can check the number of your phone by dialling 17070.

It looks like this has been picked up for you, thanks for the heads up there. It won't affect the order for the broadband, that should be done in 7 working days or so.
