New phone activation calling features not activated

My phone line was activated today but my voicemail was not activated nor was my caller display.  I've added the voicemail manually as this is free but for the caller display that I have already paid for, plusnet want to charge me again to activate it.  I have had several issues during the installation of fibre etc - surely it's not difficult to get things right first time?

Really sorry about that, we'll look into what's happened there. In the mean time I've added it for you and refunded the cost of the caller display from your initial invoice.
