New line question

We're going to be needing a new line at a flat where we currently don't live
Once I have completed all the necessary stuff on your website will there be a facility to find out when a visit by an engineer is planned and, if it's not a suitable date, communicate that back to the engineers?

Hi jwm,
Part of the signup process will identify if an engineer visit is needed and take some preferred dates from you.
Following that lookout for an email coming from us within a few days, this will link you to an update on our query system which will confirm the visit (if indeed one is needed).
Any other questions just give us a shout.
