Hi there, I have recently ordered plusnet broadband for a property I am moving into. It currently has a telephone socket etc but I believe the previous occupants did not have a line activated. As a result, according to my order I have to wait for an engineer to install it which won't be until at least 30th July. Is it possible to ring up to try and find earlier dates or would I be wasting my time? Just seems such a long time before my broadband will be running! Cheers, Oliver
Hi there, It looks like we've not been able to check on any of the line details at that address, which is why the automated ticket came out like it did. It's actually with our provisioning team who'll pick this up and place it manually for you, they'll be in touch directly to arrange the appointment with you soon - I'm sure they'll be able to make sure it's earlier than the 30th.
