Hello
I'm a Plusnet customer and I'm in the process of helping my friend to set up in a flat in Llandudno that's not had a phone line to it before and we are hoping to go with Plusnet.
I've been on your website and put in the postcode etc and confirmed a new line should be possible but I'm wondering roughly how long after placing the order it would be that an engineer might visit to do the installation?
A rough idea of timescales would help us to plan the move
Thanks

It all depends on the area I'm afraid.
If there are any spare pairs and a line going towards the property then it should be relatively straight forward.
If there aren't any spare pairs our suppliers would have to get a engineer out to survey the area and make plans for the new cable.
