New customer phone not working
Recently we switched to Plusnet from Sky. Switchover was Tuesday 12 May. Broadband works absolutely fine, but no dial tone or anything with the phone. The only phones we have are cordless, and have tried as much as the troubleshooting options as we can with no change. Webchat is apparently down, and tweeting help hasn’t had any response as yet. Feeling frustrated and unhappy. What’s the best way to get this resolved as quickly as possible?
Working from home and have a 6 year old son on the autistic spectrum so being without landline is definitely a problem.
