New customer, Caller ID not working.

Hi, phone got activated earlier today and Caller ID is not showing. I'm paying £0.99 per month for it. It never worked when I was with Sky (didn't want to fix it, as Sky CS is not the best) but did when I was with Talktalk so I know the phone's compatible. I dialed *#234# and it says "service is not available". Is there something that I need to do on my end or something on yours, or am I being impatient and need to give it time? Thanks.
