New broadband phone

Was very lucky getting engineer on 2/4/20 to install broadband.

wires all voer as he couldn't enter of course but given current climate this can wait !

my phone however - can make calls out and number is correct.

But when making calls in nothing and it goes to a vociemail?

I have checked line checker on here and ti says htere are not any problems.

thanks for any help.

@Nick70 If you haven't already done so, I would first advise having a run through our troubleshooting steps here:  https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/ and getting your router and phone connected into the test socket for the time being as shown here: https://community.plus.net/t5/Library/Testing-From-The-Master-Socket/ba-p/1322242
