My father is in a nursine home and we are considering installing a new phone line for him. Is this something
Plus Net could do? If it is what would be the cost? The nursing home is in Banstead, Surrey.

09:00 - 21:00 Saturday and Sunday

BT and other suppliers cannot install a phone line unless they have agreement from the owners of the property. It is a legal process called wayleave. You would need to be sure that the operators/owners of the Nursing home are willing to permit such an installation.
Now Zen, but a +Net residue.
