New Order and no install date

Hello,
I have ordered home phone and FTTC broadband earlier this week (silly early on Wednesday 18th if it's important) and the order has created the ticket "42705903". This ticket effectively states that I should await a phone call to confirm my engineer appointment. I haven't heard anything as yet and thought I would have heard before the weekend.
Can someone from PN either let me know when my phone can be installed (and as consequence when the BB will activate) or can some kind soul let me know how long it usually takes PN to contact customers in this scenario.
