New Line - Pay for Earlier Install Date?

Hello,
I'm moving into a new home a week on Friday (18th). I've just placed an order with PlusNET and i've had a provisional line install date of the 29th October.
What are the chances usually of having this brought forward, either by asking nicely or paying? I really need an internet service to work from home, so apart from a 3G dongle i'm a bit stuffed! Sad

We always provide the earliest dates possible. We can always check to see if there is anything else though.
