New Flat! New Home Phone! New Broadband!

Hi, I'm moving into a new place on Jan 31st and have ordered Home Phone and Broadband. On the order I chose Feb 7th for the engineer visit as the flat is still occupied by a previous tenant. The current status of my account shows Processing Order. I think I may be worrying unnecessarily as it says the next step cant be made until the bank confirm the direct debit. However if I click on My Account and Phone calls I get this
Our records indicate that your telephone number may already be in use for Home Phone. This is a possible inconsistency with our records. If you wish to add Home Phone to your service please raise a question to our support centre and we will be happy to progress this for you.
I assume that is just a generated fault message and not applicable as the account hasn't been processed yet. Is that right? Or is it because the tenant still has a line in there?

Hi there,
It'll be because you've already signed up for home phone, so you'll have a queued request on your account.
If you give me a prod once the Direct Debit is active I'll be happy to make sure things are progressing as they should for you.
