New Account - unhappy with lack of response

Hello,
I have a new account with you, but am struggling getting any update on the status of my order. I was told that my phoneline was active last week, I then logged in and it was showing'order cancelled'. I am awaiting responses to tickets - 98088682 and 98371928. Could someone please let me know what is going on?

Good news though I should be able to get your broadband up and running within 48hrs.
If you look at the complaint ticket on your account,
there will be a lot more information for you on that as I have picked that up for you too.
Hopefully two days is not to long to wait Smiley
