Need to disable 1571 but cannot because "order being processed"

I need to disable 1571 which seems to have been added to my account without me asking for it.  I get error "You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later." however this is always the case!  Can someone please turn it off as I want to use the answerphone on my phone rather than 1571

In interim, just set your a/phone to answer in low number of rings, thus over riding 1571.
