If you requested it via the automated link it would happen on 30th January.
If you requested it via the account change tool it would have happened on 30th December.
This is because the product was released earlier than originally planned, but the automated process via the link wasn't updated, so changes were made on the next billing date after 4th January (as originally planned).

Getting an error right now via http://portal.plus.net/upgrade_process.html?memberheader=upgrade which is not letting me go through the upgrade process. Is this because of the data center outage?

I have had problems accessing that page for weeks!
Couldn't get it to work with IE or Firefox, but Google Chrome seems to open it every time..

Billing will never be correct with this bunch my friend.
They do whatever they want and don't give a **** for if customer is happy or leave...
They can hoax anothers into their lousy business
