Mysterious fault on my line

My phone line stopped working and my broadband died.
I called Plusnet services and they found a fault on my line.
My broadband became stable again less then half an hour later and I tested my phone line which worked.
I called plusnet again and it seems the fault on my line disappeared.
I don't know whether it was a bt engineer messing about with the local box or whatever, but I can say honestly that I was impressed by the way plusnet staff handled my case and arranged an engineer to call at my premises at the earliest possible date they had.
I just wanted to say thanks plusnet for being on the ball and making me feel like a valued customer and not an inconvenience, like a previous isp made me feel when I had to report a dodgy modem.

Certainly feasible, among a number of other possibilities.
