I am a new member, after my chest month bill the phone charges were excessive so I changed my account to "Unlimited UK & Mobile calls" When I checked my account a day or so later it was set to "international account 300" I have no option to correct my tariff, it states changes in progress How can I get the correct tariff
I'm sorry to hear that there's been some confusion regarding this. I can see that a tariff change was put through a few days ago via the website, as per this service notice on the account. Unfortunately we're unable to change the tariff twice in one billing month and so you would need to wait until the next billing month to request this again.
