My phone line has been down for FIVE DAYS

Our phone line has been dead since the morning of 13 Sept, we reported it online that evening. In all this time we have not even received an acknowledgment of our problem. How can we get some action? It is frankly unbelievable.

I am really sorry to hear about this. I have raised this with our suppliers for you now with an ERT of 19/09/14 23:59:59.
I'm really hopping that it'll be the sooner side of this. I'll make sure that you are updated more regularly on ticket: 91543763

Ditto. Mines been down since Friday 12th.
I'm very disappointed in the lack of service and communication from Plusnet.
Especially as they are splashing 'how good our customer service' is all over the place.
Come on Plusnet, get with the programme and prove your worth the 'best in whatever' awards.

We are doing all possible to speed up the lead times for picking up faults. However I am hoping that your issue should be resolved by today.
Are you ok to let us know if there's still problems by tomorrow on the other thread?

By 8 p.m. this evening my Phone and Broadband will been down for (just) 2 days (the line is dead, no dial tone and incoming calls go straight to voice mail), does this mean that I can expect many more days without phone & broadband?
Trying to make contact with Plusnet by mobile phone is an expensive waste of time, the fault should be investigated by BT Openreach who won't speak to subscribers
After ~10 years with Metro/plusnet I'm going to look for another provider

I hope you are using the 0345 number and not the 0800 one!
