My phone is still silent

I raised a  Question #89146886  late Saturday afternoon and I'm still waiting for a response and/or clearing the fault. As you can see it's -erme- a bit over the forty-something hours response time quoted at the time. I realise that there have been some catastrophic land-line issues for Plusnet and Openreach to deal with in other parts of the country and I've been using Skype as a work-around so I'm not in a state of meltdown or anything but I would like to have my landline working again soon, please.  Pretty please?

Hi Nick,
I'm sorry that your reply was later than expected. I've just checked on our suppliers systems and we've identified a fault at your Local Exchange. An engineer will be working on this ASAP and we're expecting the issue to be fully resolved by the end of the day on Friday.
