Moving to Plusnet

Hello moving to Plusnet and the Post Office have terminated my telephone service today as they advised. When will the Plusnet line start and when will my router arrive please?

You didn't tell the Post Office you wanted to move did you?
Always leave everything to the new ISP to sort out.
Try contacting CHAT.
