We are due to have a new front door and but the openreach junction box is on the door frame and needs moving. Is this something plusnet would do If so, does anyone have a rough idea of price. Thanks for any help.
You almost certainly have to request it through Plusnet if they provide the phone service and they will then request Openreach to come out and move it. But it will also cost you money. Its not a free service move. Don't try and do yourself. Its not allowed.
