Moving house transfer

Not sure if this in the right place but I'm moving soon and want to transfer my phone and broadband to my new property. There does not seem to be an active line at the property (line is dead) will I be charged for reactivating this/installing a new line as an existing customer?
any advice helpful
Thanks

Re: Moving house transfer

I think it depends on the status of the telephone line asset in your new property. If you give the House Move team a call on 0800 432 0200 they should be able to check this for you.

Re: Moving house transfer

As per what spraxyt has put if you call our house moves team we'll be able to check and get the ball rolling for you.
