Moving house, help needed.

I'm moving house and would like to keep my plusnet account. The catch is that the previous occupier of the new property is taking their phone number with them. How do I go about sorting this out?

This should be straight forward. You'll need to call our house move team (0800 432 0200) and give them the dates, and we can get everything up and running for you. The physical infrastructure is in place all should go well and quick.
