Moving Home, why can't we communicate via web/email

Been trying to speak to someone via phone, politicians promises are quicker.
Why can't we communicate via a web form or email. 
At Present I'm trying to establish if there is a phone number associated with a place we're buying as we may NOT be able to take current number with us. PlusNet were able to help last time with number associated with this flat, but I can't get through on the phone to check for new place
Can anyone in PlusNet get back, and give me an email contact address? Angry

Try raising a ticket - see link below.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Unfortunately we can't organise house moves over the webchat or ticketing system as there is a lot to go through. Our House Moves team currently only has a two minute wait, and can be reached by calling 0800 432 0200 Smiley
