Moved phone to Plus Net and get a number in a foreign country ???

My wifes grandmoither has just had her phone moved over to Plus Net today and we have had an e-mail confirmation that it has taken place but it gave an odd phone number.  We logged onto her account and indeed it reports a phone number for the south of England and yet my wifes grand mother lives in south Wales.
I rang the incorrect phone number 01264 5##### and spoke to a lovely lady who was as confused as me and will also be raising a query/ticket when her broadband comes online tomorrow.  My wifes grand mother is on 01495 7##### so they are not even close in number.

How the heck does this happen?  Are we going to be getting this other lady's bills ?  She is as concerned as we are!!

Could you drop me a PM with the relevant phone number or the username please?
This may be down to human error and I'm sure we can get this corrected quickly.

Just had a call from a nice lady at PN who confirmed that it was indeed a PEBKAC and that the details for the accounts will be switched today.

* PEBKAC definition below as even the PN lady din't know what it meant, but at least it made her chuckle.

Yes, apologies it was our bad indeed. I can see steps have been put in place to correct the mistake that was made. I'll make sure anyone that was involved in the error is pulled up about that.
