Moved home - No phone but internets fine

Hello So we moved home recently and our phone and fibre was meant to be enabled on Friday. Our internet came on in the early afternoon but sadly our phone line was dead.

 I spoke to plusnet Saturday morning and they said that some kind of framework stuff needs to be done at the exchange and it should be on by Saturday night. Its now Sunday night and still nothing

Could i get some help from you forum gods please

Good to hear it's working.

No real need to modify your post, but for future reference if you click on 'post options' there's a window of 20 minutes before it's 'locked'.
