More Home Phone Billing problems

It looks like the number database hasn't been updated to include free calls to support.  Sad
My call list for Talk Evening and Weekends is showing a charge for a call to PN support on 0845 140 0200 - see screen shot.

Re: More Home Phone Billing problems

Hi Paul,
We've got a problem open on this one, currently undergoing beta-testing.
Hope to have it fixed soon.

Re: More Home Phone Billing problems

While you're fixing that, you may want to amend this web page too!!!
I think the bit I've circled should read "Evening and Weekend Calls" not "Anytime" and should probably also state that the international calls are only inclusive evenings and weekends.
There should probably be a reference to the fact that you'll need to redial after 60mins too (for Anytime and E+W).

I know a Developer that will be happy to hear that Smiley
I'll let her know you're seeing it working properly now.

Re: More Home Phone Billing problems

I'm on Anytime 240 and just noticed that since the 12th May I've being charged for 01 numbers even though they are within my allowance - PN see ticket 28805964. Is it just me?

Re: More Home Phone Billing problems

You're the 3rd.
I'll get something raised.  Appears to only be happening on Anytime 240.

James, what other categories of developers do you have other than the clever ones?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

It'd be handy if one of your clever QA team checked it out as well Wink

Whilst I cannot disagree with Anotherone I am pleased to report that the charges have now disappeared so thank you for the quick response.

Re: More Home Phone Billing problems

I never saw the overcharging because of delays in adding information to my account. However, a call I made on 15 May is now shown as free as it should be with Anytime 240.
