Missing Caller ID

Hi
joined Plusnet recently and just realised that caller ID doesn't seem to be active on the phone line although it is showing as active in the member control panel. Could someone just investigate for me?

Welcome to the forums, unfortunately it does seem that wasn't added to the physical line, I've added that now and should be active within 30 minutes

Hi,
I am new to Plusnet and my line was activated last night. I notice that the callerID is missing on incoming calls.
Is there a configuration page where I can enable that feature or will it be done by the support team?

Hi Gopi,
as you don't have this enabled on your account you'll need to add this via the member centre on our website at the following link:
https://portal.plus.net/plustalk/index.php?page=wlr_add_call_features
This will start from today if you do so and will be charged at 99p per month

Sorry for the rush. I found the Home Phone Control Panel where I can opt for the facility.

Thanks for the update on that Mark, glad things are back in place, I also enabled voicemail on your line as that was selected at signup, you can remove that from the Member Centre if you don't wish for that though Smiley

Same problem as Office97. Caller display active in control panel and charged for from 17 February but not working on incoming calls. Posted question on help assistant yesterday afternoon and no response so far. Can anyone at plusnet investigate and fix this please? Thanks, Mike

I've tried to manually place an order to correct this for you, it should be active later this afternoon. I'll reply to the ticket shortly.

I'm in the same boat.  caller Id shows active but doesn't display on phone...could you check it out for me please?  Thanks.
