Minimum Contract Term

Is there a minimum contract term for PlusNet home phone. I've just switched over and lost my CLI and Voice mail which PN want to charge me £2 for. This was included on my £10.50 BT Option1 package.

Re: Minimum Contract Term

Hi there,
1571 and Caller Display are chargeable features on our service, simply because of the Wholesale costs we incur to provide these.
Whilst it's true that these features make the base price more expensive than BT is this offset by the saving you will make on calls (particularly with BT's price increase coming up in April)?

Re: Minimum Contract Term

Forgot to add, as Peter says our Home Phone contract is monthly, so only 30 days notice would be required to leave and move back to BT.

Re: Minimum Contract Term

So where do I have to give 30 days notice? Or does the other proviers request to transfer constitue giving notice? Thanks

Re: Minimum Contract Term

A request to transfer constitutes giving notice (assuming the transfer is fulfilled).
