Migration to PN not possible due to billing method?

Hi,
I'm a broadband customer of about 4 years, and am billed by a CCA. I know I could save £1.50 a month by switching to DD, but I want to continue to pay by the current billing method!
After 1 attempt at using the product change tool, and 2 contacts with CS, I eventually have to accept that it's not allowed to migrate the landline billing to PN due to the CCA payment method, which is a pity, and means that I'll now have to reluctantly look elsewhere for a landline provider.
However, I don't think anyone has yet picked up on the point I'm making, that http://www.plus.net/residential/faqs.shtml ; says in point 14 "Subscriptions are usually paid for by Direct Debit, or you can choose to pay by card for an additional charge of £1.50 a month." which infers that a cca payment method is permitted. This page needs to be updated with the correct information.
Cheers!

Re: Migration to PN not possible due to billing method?

Hi there,
Thanks for pointing that out - I'll have a word with the relevant teams and see what we can do to get that sorted. I've dropped you a PM too.
Cheers,
