Currently
Broadband: PlusNet Extra (rolling contract)
Home Phone: BT (rolling)
I Want
Broadband: PlusNet Extra (rolling contract) i.e. the same
Home phone: PlusNet (But with a rolling contract!!)
Is this possible without committing to a 12m contract for phone?

There is no such thing as a rolling contract with Plusnet - all residential phone and broadband contracts are 10 days notice
The only 12 month part is if you took a freebie on broadband (router for example) where you are liable for that cost if you leave within 12 months but the contractual notice is still 10 days
